Homeland Security Checkpoints

Crossing the U.S. border has traditionally involved following well-defined procedures laid forth by the Department of Homeland Security, but the more recent establishment of DHS "security checkpoints" up to 100 miles inside U.S territory have raised questions of constitutionality, as well as concerns of citizens who may not be aware of their options. Whether or not you believe these checkpoints to be legal, one thing is absolute: you have rights.
