Titanic's Last Lunch Menu

Titanic's Last Lunch Menu

This is the first-class lunch menu enjoyed by passengers on their final day aboard R.M.S Titanic. Egg à l'Argenteuil, Galantine of Chicken and St. Ivel cheese were just a few of the delicacies available to passengers like Dr. Washington Dodge and his wife Ruth, who slipped this menu into her purse.

While this would prove to be the penultimate bill of fare for many well-heeled passengers, the menu had a silver lining - Those who received it (like Ruth & her husband) had a 62% chance of enjoying future lunches.
Of the 706 passengers who dined from the menu below?  178 of them lived. You do the math.
